The Travel Stations
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings made with The Travel Stations (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By confirming a booking, the client (“Traveller”, “You”) expressly agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
a) Standard hotel check-in and check-out time is generally 12:00 Noon, subject to the hotel’s individual policies.
b) Travellers are advised to verify hotel-specific timings from official hotel websites or confirmation vouchers.
c) Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel discretion and may attract additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
d) The Travel Stations shall not be liable if early check-in or late check-out is denied.
2. MEAL PLAN DEFINITIONS
a) EP (European Plan): Accommodation only.
b) CP (Continental Plan): Accommodation with breakfast.
c) MAP (Modified American Plan): Accommodation with breakfast and lunch or dinner (hotel discretion).
d) AP (American Plan): Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Meal patterns, timings, and menu selection are entirely at the hotel’s discretion.
3. MEALS & UNUSED SERVICES
a) Meals must be availed strictly as per hotel-designated timings.
b) No refund, replacement, or compensation shall be provided for unused meals or services under any circumstances.
4. HOTEL EXTRAS & SUBSTITUTIONS
a) Extra bed refers to an extra mattress, unless otherwise specified.
b) Room heaters, minibar usage, laundry, telephone, room service, or any personal expenses are chargeable directly by the hotel.
c) In case of non-availability of the confirmed hotel due to operational reasons, overbooking, force majeure, or supplier constraints, an alternate hotel of similar category will be provided.
d) Such substitution shall not qualify for any refund or compensation.
5. VEHICLE & TRANSPORT POLICY
a) Vehicles are provided strictly as per confirmed itinerary and are not on disposal basis, unless specified in writing.
b) For domestic holidays, vehicle services generally operate until 8:00–9:00 PM. Extended usage will incur additional charges.
c) Air-conditioning may not function or may be restricted in hilly or mountainous areas due to local regulations.
d) SIC (Seat-In-Coach) refers to shared transportation.
e) Travellers must strictly adhere to pickup and reporting times.
f) If sightseeing or transfers are missed due to late reporting, no alternative arrangement, refund, or adjustment shall be provided.
g) For international travel, vehicles are provided strictly on a point-to-point basis as per confirmed itinerary.
6. PASSPORT, VISA & DOCUMENT RESPONSIBILITY
A. Passport Validity
a) Passport must be valid for minimum six (6) months beyond the return date of travel.
b) Adequate blank pages must be available.
B. Visa & Immigration
a) Visa approval, rejection, or delay is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
b) The Travel Stations does not guarantee visa approval nor influence processing timelines.
c) Delay or rejection due to late document submission shall not entitle the traveller to any refund or compensation.
Important Disclaimer:
The Travel Stations does not verify passport expiry dates for flight, hotel, or sightseeing bookings. Responsibility lies entirely with the traveller.
No refund shall be provided if travel is denied due to passport expiry or invalid documentation.
7. MISSED SERVICES & FORCE MAJEURE
A. Force Majeure Events
Including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Roadblocks
- Weather conditions
- Government orders
- Health emergencies
The Travel Stations shall not be liable for missed sightseeing or additional expenses arising due to such events.
B. Late Arrival
The Travel Stations shall not be responsible for missed services due to late arrival of flights, trains, buses, or private vehicles.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) Itineraries are subject to change due to operational or regulatory reasons without prior notice.
b) Mandatory gala dinners during festivals or special dates are chargeable as per hotel policy.
c) Hotels may collect a refundable security deposit at check-in.
d) Images used in promotions are for reference only.
e) Special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
f) Written approval is mandatory for any itinerary change during travel.
g) Late payments may result in automatic cancellation.
h) Travel insurance is not included unless specified.
i) The Travel Stations is not responsible for loss of belongings, illness, accidents, or death during travel.
9. POSTPONEMENT & AMENDMENTS
a) Any amendment after booking confirmation shall attract applicable charges.
b) Postponement due to medical emergencies, natural calamities, or government restrictions shall be subject to supplier policies.
c) All rights reserved by The Travel Stations.
10. PAYMENT POLICY
A. Domestic Packages
a) 100% flight payment is mandatory at the time of booking
b) Land package:
- 30% at booking
- 20% within 7 days of voucher issuance
- 50% during travelc) If travel date is within 7 days, 100% payment (flight + land) is mandatory.
B. International Packages
a) Full flight payment + 30% land package at booking
b) 30% within 7 days of first installment
c) Remaining 40% one month prior to travel
d) If travel date is within 15 days, 100% advance payment is mandatory.
Payment Gateway Charges:
All payment gateway charges are borne by the client and are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services:
Many international hotels and services are booked on a non-refundable basis.
11. CANCELLATION POLICY
a) Booking date to 45 days before travel: 30% retention
b) 45–30 days: 40% retention
c) 30–15 days: 70% retention
d) Less than 15 days: 100% retention
e) Non-payment of dues will result in auto-cancellation.
f) Airline cancellation charges apply as per the date of written cancellation request.
12. NO VERBAL COMMITMENTS
Only written confirmations mentioned in the final quotation, voucher, inclusions, or exclusions shall be valid.
No verbal, WhatsApp, or telephonic commitments shall be admissible.
13. GST & TAXATION (INDIA)
a) All prices are subject to GST as applicable under Indian law unless otherwise stated.
b) GST once charged and deposited with the government is non-refundable.
c) Any change in GST rates by the Government of India shall be applicable immediately.
d) Client must provide correct GST details at the time of booking; post-invoice changes are not permitted.
14. INDIAN CONSUMER LAW COMPLIANCE
a) The Travel Stations acts solely as a facilitator between the traveller and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transporters, and sightseeing operators.
b) Liability of The Travel Stations is limited to the extent of service fees charged.
c) No claim for indirect, consequential, emotional, or financial loss shall be entertained.
d) By confirming the booking, the client waives any claims beyond the scope of services booked.
15. JURISDICTION
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India only, irrespective of the place of booking or travel destination.

By making payment, the traveler confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions stated above.
