Tour Summary

Itinerary

Upon arrival at the designated hotel on the first day, our driver will collect you from the Jaisalmer train station or airport.
Following lunch, you will have a half-day tour of Jaisalmer between 3 and 4 pm.
You will go to Bada Bagh, Gadisar Lake, and see the well-known puppet show by NK Sharma.

We will begin our early morning tour of Jaisalmer Golden Fort after breakfast at the hotel.
You will see the Jain temples at Cannon Point, the Golden Fort Museum, and mansions like Patwon, Salim Singh, Nathmal, and Mandir Palace while at the fort.
We will go for Sam Sand Dune, 45 km away from Jaisalmer city, at approximately 3 pm.
You will arrive to the reserved campground by 4 p.m., when you will be greeted in the traditional manner.
This place offers Jeep and Camel safaris, a visit of Sunset Point among the dunes, and a musical gypsy dance at the camp followed by a buffet dinner.
You will spend the night in the camp.

We will drive three hours from Sam to Longewala after breakfast at the camp.
We'll make a stop at the Amar Sagar Temple en route before moving on to Longewala.
See the well-known Tanot Mata Temple first, followed by the museum of the Longewala Post.
You will return to Jaisalmer City by late evening and check into the hotel that you have reserved. 

After breakfast on the final day of your journey to Jaisalmer, you will check out of the hotel.
After seeing the well-known Jaisalmer War Museum, take a free stroll through the vibrant Jaisalmer bazaar.
The driver will leave you off at the Jaisalmer airport or train station after lunch.

Jaisalmer is popularly called as the "Golden City". Jaisalmer is one of the most famous tourist destinations in the state of Rajasthan. Two days are enough to explore Jaisalmer. One day is fine for visiting Jaisalmer City. Second day to visit Sam Sand Dunes and enjoy camel safari, Jeep Safari, Quad Biking, Dune Bashing and evening cultural program.

Jodhpur is pretty much similar to Jaipur whereas Jaisalmer is very different. You will experience a different side of Rajasthan in Jaisalmer.

November to February: These months constitute the winter season in Jaisalmer. It is also an ideal time to visit Jaisalmer.
